Team Building Adventures Terms and Conditions
- Advanced reservations are required.
- All events require a signed waiver of liability for each participant.
- We will require a credit card number to hold your reservation.
- A 50% deposit is required for all team building events.
- No charge for cancellation 15 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date will be charged in full.
- For groups of 50 or more participants, cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance in order to avoid cancellation charges.
- A guaranteed number of participants must be provided at least 7 days prior to the tour date. Final charges will be based on the guaranteed number of participants or on the actual number of participants, whichever is greater.
- For large groups, additional terms and conditions may apply if tour is combined with other Sonoran Adventure Center services (i.e. food & beverage event)
