Team Building Adventures Terms and Conditions

Day Adventures
  • Advanced reservations are required.
  • All events require a signed waiver of liability for each participant.
  • We will require a credit card number to hold your reservation.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all team building events.
  • No charge for cancellation 15 days prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date will be charged in full.
  • For groups of 50 or more participants, cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance in order to avoid cancellation charges.
  • A guaranteed number of participants must be provided at least 7 days prior to the tour date. Final charges will be based on the guaranteed number of participants or on the actual number of participants, whichever is greater.
  • For large groups, additional terms and conditions may apply if tour is combined with other Sonoran Adventure Center services (i.e. food & beverage event)
