Team Building : Custom Events

Each team building/business simulation is customized and will be relevant to your company's real job functions. Give us the opportunity to understand your company goals and objectives, and we can create an experience that will ensure synergy in your work environment. Imagine a day where you and your co-workers are out of the office and spending the day outdoors in a natural environment to learn more about themselves and their co-workers along with having a better understanding of what each other contributes to the team and what daily challenges each face.

This awareness brings about a sense of unity and oneness. This begins an appreciation and desire for teamwork in order to be most effective back at the office. If your company would like to add a community outreach element, it can be tied into the event by building a bike, per team, for the charity of your choice or you can go through this exercise building a teepee with similar skill stations. Most of our team building events take place outdoors in or near the Sonoran desert, which offers a picturesque location that is inspiring and motivational.

General Information:
	Reservations are required.
	All our events take place at the Sonoran Adventure Center.
	The minimum number of guests for each team building event is 10 participants. See specific event description for details.
	All event related equipment, snacks and water are always provided.Facilitators also carry water, safety equipment and first aid kits.
	Any of our activities may be combined to create a full day of adventure and fun
